Saka Energi Indonesia, an affiliate of PGN Subholding Gas Pertamina, successfully received an award as one of the Top 3 Perwira Ksatriya Award 2024 of Subholding Gas. The award was presented on Thursday, November 28, 2024, during an event held at Graha PGAS Building in Jakarta. The recognition was received by three representatives from Agent of Change (AOC) of PGN Saka: Nani Idawati, Faisal Muhammad, and Ratna Dyah Perwitasari, who accepted the award directly from the PGN’s Director of Risk Management, Mr. Arief Kurnia Risdianto.
This event was held as a form of appreciation for employees who have actively supported and contributed to the implementation of the 2024 Living Core Values AKHLAK program. The program aims to strengthen the application of corporate values within the Subholding Gas Pertamina environment.
In addition to Mr. Arief Kurnia, the event was attended by the PGN Board of Directors, including the Director of Strategy and Business Development, Mrs. Rosa Permata Sari; Director of Finance, Mr. Fadjar Harianto Widodo; and Director of Human Resources and Business Support, Mr. Rachmat Hutama, along with their teams. Besides PGN Saka, PT Perta Samtan Gas and PT PGAS Solution also ranked among the Top 3 recipients of the award.
As part of its efforts to support the AKHLAK program, PGN Saka implemented several flagship activities through its charter program. Notable initiatives this year included the launch of the EMA 1.0 application, TechnoDay, and the promotion of the “4NO’s” values, which were disseminated through posters and video campaigns. “The recognition we have received is not the result of individual work but rather the outcome of solid teamwork and full support from various parties, including the Board of Directors, the Agent of Change team, and all Saka employees,” said Nani, representing the winners.
Through this award, PGN Saka demonstrates its commitment as part of the Subholding Gas Pertamina family to building a work culture based on the AKHLAK values of integrity and innovation. Furthermore, this initiative also serves to boost motivation to continuously strengthen the implementation of these values in the future.
“By doing so, we can continue to contribute tangibly to the sustainability of a positive work culture within the company,” added Arif Batubara, the Chairman of PGN Saka’s AOC.
