GCG Implementation

As a business entity that promotes sustainability values, PGN Saka continuously strives to implement healthy and consistent business practices concerning the principles of universally applied corporate governance principles and in line with the Law of the Minister of SOEs No. PER-9/MBU/2012 dated July 6, 2012, on Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of SOEs No. PER-01/MBU/2011 dated August 1, 2011, on the Implementation of GCG in State-Owned Enterprises and General Guidelines on GCG issued by the National Committee of Governance Policy (KNKG). In addition, as a subsidiary of SOEs, PGN SAKA's GCG implementation also refers to PGN’s Corporate Governance as the parent entity.

Based on those regulations, PGN Saka sets the GCG principles consisting of five basic principles, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. The implementation of these GCG principles is very important for PGN Saka to secure its business existence and resilience. The GCG principles are also implemented to represent the Company's commitment to providing adequate protection and fair treatment for both shareholders and stakeholders, to increase trust and satisfaction of all stakeholders, customers, and the public at large, in addition to ensuring the Company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations so that the Company always run within the right corridor to achieve its vision, mission, and goals.

In addition, PGN Saka also carries out intensive monitoring to ensure the conformity of GCG principles with the prevailing laws and regulations. These regulations include, among others, the Limited Liability Company Law (UU PT), tax regulations, and various other regulations related to the Company’s business management.
