Anti Corruption

The Company fully supports the government’s efforts to prevent and eliminate corruption within the Company, including in interacting with stakeholders. The Company’s commitment to preventing corrupt practices is in line with the government’s goal of promoting a clean and transparent business climate. PGN Saka’s anti-corruption policy is included in the Company’s code of conduct.

Corrupt practices prevention at the Company also includes the prohibition of bribery, money laundering, gratifications, and others. The Company’s anti-corruption policy is also carried out by requiring all employees to sign an integrity pact that prevents corrupt practices. PGN Saka strictly prohibits all members of the Company, including the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and other officials and employees, from receiving kickbacks in any business process. Giving kickbacks, which includes bribes, is defined as an amount of money, fees, commissions, or valuable items received, directly or indirectly, from a supplier that intended to get special treatment regarding the contract between the supplier and the Company.
