Rika Kiswardani was born in Yogyakarta and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Gadjah Mada University in 1993, followed by a Master of Policy and Administration from Flinders University, South Australia in 2000. Since 1994, she has built her career at the Ministry of State Secretariat, having held the position of Head of the Bureau of International Technical Cooperation (2012–2018), and since 2018 has been serving as Deputy for Administration and Palace Management at the Presidential Secretariat. Previously, she also served as Commissioner of PT Nindya Karya (2020–2025).

Additionally, Achmad Agus has held important positions such as Process Operation Manager, where he focused on optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, and Field Operation Manager, where he was responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and effective field activities
Muhammad Atras Mafazi obtained his Medical Education degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta, and a Master’s degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. He previously served as a Commissioner at PT Merial Insan Medika and PT Berkah Adhikari Indonesia Kreatif, as well as President Director of PT Esefa Krida in 2018. Currently, he is also actively involved in various organizations, including the Central Board of the Indonesian Economists Association (ISEI), the Central Board of Pemuda Muhammadiyah, the Central Board of the Sharia Economic Society (MES), and the National Board of Indonesian Young Farmers (Pemuda Tani Indonesia).
