During the first half of 2020, PT Saka Energi Indonesia recorded revenue of US$101.8 million, down US$94.4 million from the same period in 2019 due to lower average selling prices and lifting volumes during the pandemic. Total lifting declined 29.2% to 3.75 mmboe, while Fasken production also fell following the cancellation of new-well drilling. SAKA reduced operational cash cost by US$23.9 million to US$51.2 million, but still reported a net loss of US$122.9 million. Operating cash flow was negative mainly due to one-off tax payments totaling US$145.7 million, while period-end cash stood at US$270.2 million.
