SAKA Reaffirms Its Commitment to AKHLAK Culture with Best Engagement Team Award

Jakarta, December 10, 2025 – PT Saka Energi Indonesia (PGN Saka), an upstream oil and gas company and part of Pertamina’s Gas Subholding, received the Living Core Values (LCV) AKHLAK award in the Best Engagement Team category. The award was received by PGN Saka President Director Intan Fauzi at the Grha Pertamina Ballroom and presented by Pertamina Director of Business Support M. Erry Sugiharto, Independent Commissioner Condro Kirono, and Independent Commissioner Raden Adjeng Sondaryani.

LCV is a recognition program for the implementation of AKHLAK culture across Pertamina Group, covering business units, subsidiaries, affiliates, and Subholdings. The assessment focuses on nine leading indicators, with deliverables evaluated based on the PASTI aspects: Productivity, Accountability, Safety, Teamwork, and Innovation.

The LCV program is implemented through three main initiatives:

  • Standard Program – ONE Hour Meeting, through the implementation of the Effective Meeting Application (EMA).
  • Mandatory Program – ONE Action, through the implementation of the AKHLAK Observation Card (Kartu AS).
  • Specific Program – ONE Kolab, a collaborative program focusing on 10 sustainability priorities. Under this initiative, PGN Saka implements the Mangrove Area Conservation program and BERSAKA (Clean, Environmentally Friendly, Waste Management).

LCV monitoring is conducted through the establishment of a Steering Committee at the Subholding level, regular evaluations with leaders, and evidence score monitoring through an integrated dashboard. LCV award categories include Best Engagement Team, Best Sustained Performance, Best Incremental Improvement, The Inspiring Leader, Best Leader VP/Equivalent Position, and Best Leader GM/Equivalent Position.

PGN Saka President Director Intan Fauzi said, “Alhamdulillah, today PGN Saka received the LCV award as Best Engagement Team. This achievement is the result of teamwork and the dedication of all PGN Saka Perwira and Pertiwi in consistently implementing the LCV program.”

In 2023, PGN Saka also recorded an achievement when its President Director at the time received The 3rd Best Leader award in the GM category. This followed the company’s achievement in 2022, when PGN Saka ranked second in the LCV AKHLAK implementation assessment. This consistency reflects the company’s commitment to embedding AKHLAK values across all levels of the organization.

The achievement was also supported by the active role of PGN Saka’s AKHLAK Agent of Change (AoC), which regularly conducts awareness programs, provides progress reports, and consistently implements the Culture Project Charter.

Chairman of PGN Saka’s AKHLAK AoC, Arif Batubara, added, “Thank you to the entire AoC team and all functions that have provided their support, including ILT and the Board of Directors. We hope to continue internalizing the LCV AKHLAK values, both in our professional responsibilities and in our personal lives.”

PGN Saka will continue to strengthen the implementation of AKHLAK values through various corporate culture programs, increase the participation of Perwira and Pertiwi, and foster a productive, collaborative, and innovative work culture as a strong foundation for sustainable upstream oil and gas operations.

“Hopefully, this award will provide additional motivation for 2026. Thank you for all the performance and contributions made so far. We are grateful that throughout 2025, PGN Saka continued to contribute to national energy security,” Intan added.

Through the dedication and collaboration of all parties, PGN Saka will continue moving forward in delivering positive energy for Indonesia.
