PT Saka Energi Indonesia (Saka Energi), an affiliate of PGN Subholding Gas Pertamina, was recognized as one of the Top 3 recipients of the 2024 Subholding Gas Perwira Ksatriya Award. The award was presented on Thursday, November 28, 2024, during an event held at Graha PGAS Building, Jakarta. The award was received by three SAKA representatives, namely Nani Idawati, Faisal Muhammad, and Ratna Dyah Perwitasari, who received it directly from PGN Director of Risk Management Arief Kurnia Risdianto.
The event was held as a form of appreciation for Perwira who actively supported and contributed to the implementation of the Living Core Values AKHLAK program throughout 2024. The program aims to strengthen the application of corporate values across Pertamina’s Gas Subholding.
In addition to Arief Kurnia Risdianto, the event was also attended by PGN’s Board of Directors, including Director of Strategy and Business Development Rosa Permata Sari, Director of Finance Fadjar Harianto Widodo, and Director of Human Resources and Business Support Rachmat Hutama, along with their respective teams. In addition to SAKA, PT Perta Samtan Gas and PT PGAS Solution were also recognized among the Top 3 award recipients.
As part of its efforts to support the implementation of AKHLAK values, SAKA carries out various flagship initiatives through its charter program. Some of the key initiatives implemented during the year included the launch of the EMA 1.0 application, TechnoDay, and the reinforcement of the 4NO’s values through posters and video campaigns.
“This recognition is certainly not the result of individual efforts, but rather the result of solid teamwork and full support from various parties, including the Board of Directors, the Agent of Change team, and all SAKA Perwira,” said Nani, representing the award recipients.
Through this achievement, SAKA demonstrates its commitment as part of the Pertamina Gas Subholding family to building a work culture based on AKHLAK values that upholds integrity and innovation. The recognition also serves as motivation for the company to continue strengthening the implementation of AKHLAK values in the future.
