SAKA, through Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited, once again received the Green PROPER Award under the Corporate Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management (PROPER), held at Sasono Langen Budoyo, TMII, Jakarta, on February 24, 2025. The award recognizes companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainable business practices and environmental responsibility. The event was organized by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) in collaboration with CNBC Indonesia.
The Green PROPER Award is presented to companies that go beyond environmental compliance standards (beyond compliance) through the implementation of effective environmental management systems, efficient use of resources, and strong corporate social responsibility programs. The program also aims to encourage industries to comply with environmental regulations while continuously improving their environmental performance.
SAKA has successfully received the Green PROPER Award for three consecutive years. This achievement reflects the company’s consistency and commitment to environmental conservation and the implementation of sustainability principles across its operations. SAKA President Director Medy Kurniawan attended the event and personally received the award.
