PGN Saka Announces Its New Board of Director & Commissioner
PT Saka Energi Indonesia (“PGN Saka” or “the Company”) as the wholly owned upstream subsidiary of PT Perusahaan
Gas Negara TBK (PGN), held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (“AGMS”) in 17 May 2019. Following the AGMS, there has been a change in the structure of Board of Director and Board of Commissioner of the Company. The new structure is as below:
President Director : Nofriadi
Director : Susmono Soetrisno
Director : Siti Yanti Mulyanti
President Commissioner : Said Reza Pahlevy
Commissioner : Susilo Siswoutomo
Commissioner : Adhi Wibowo
Nofriadi previously worked for PT Bumi Hasta Mukti as Project and Business Development Director, he graduated from Institute Technology Bandung (“ITB”) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering and holds a Master of Management from IPMI International Business School.
Susmono Soetrisno previously held the position of Vice President Director of PT BJ Services Indonesia, he graduated from Trisakti University majoring in Mineral Technology.
Siti Yanti Mulyanti previously served as Group Head of Financial Control & Group Management of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. She graduated from Pakuan University.
Adhi Wibowo held the position of Technical and Environmental Director, Directorate General Oil & Gas, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. He graduated from ITB majoring in Geological Engineering, holds a Master Degree of Urban and Regional Planning from ITB, and also has a Doctoral Degree from ITB.
We also congratulate Said Reza Pahlevy as the new President Commissioner, previously served as the Commissioner of the Company.
